Reads what tmux reports for as long as the client runs.

The sequence completes after <see cref="TmuxExitEvent" /> on a normal
exit and faults after buffered events when the control stream fails.
Reading takes what it reads, so a later enumeration reads only what has
not already been taken, and one started while another is still reading
throws <see cref="InvalidOperationException" />. A slow reader receives
<see cref="TmuxEventsDroppedEvent" /> instead of silently missing data
when the bounded buffer overflows. Pane output is discarded before any
notification, and a pane whose output was discarded is paused until the
reader catches up, between <see cref="TmuxPanePausedEvent" /> and
<see cref="TmuxPaneContinuedEvent" />.
