Builds a request from text patterns while retaining their original spelling.

## Parameters

- `patterns` (`IReadOnlyList<string>?`): Wanted patterns, or null for any new output.
- `stopPatterns` (`IReadOnlyList<string>?`): Patterns that stop the wait.
- `ignoreCase` (`bool`): Whether text matching ignores case.
- `simpleMatch` (`bool`): Whether pattern text is matched literally.

## Returns

A request with owned, bounded regular expressions.
