Initializes a bounded psmux capture.

## Parameters

- `endLine` (`CapturePanePosition?`): The last line, or <see langword="null" /> for psmux's default.
- `escapeSequences` (`bool`): Whether terminal escape sequences are preserved.
- `joinWrappedLines` (`bool`): Whether wrapped screen rows are joined.
