Connects to a separately provisioned psmux namespace.

## Parameters

- `options` (`PsmuxConnectionOptions`): The executable trust and isolated endpoint settings.
- `cancellationToken` (`CancellationToken`): Cancels process startup and discovery.

## Returns

A query-only psmux server observation.
