Asks a client to confirm before running a command.

Naming the key, and defaulting to yes, arrived in tmux 3.4.

## Parameters

- `request` (`ConfirmBeforeRequest`): What to run, and how to ask.
- `cancellationToken` (`CancellationToken`): Cancels the tmux command.
