Reads one window by identifier, returning null when it is absent.

A handle that has not found a live server yet discovers one first.

## Parameters

- `id` (`WindowId`): The window identifier.
- `cancellationToken` (`CancellationToken`): Cancels the tmux command.

## Returns

A materialized window, or null after a successful read finds no match.
