Gets how many control-mode events are buffered before pane output is dropped.

Defaults to 512. A consumer slower than its panes loses the oldest output
of the pane with the most waiting, and is told so by
<see cref="TmuxEventsDroppedEvent" />; the pane is then paused for that
client until the consumer catches up. Raising this buys time rather than
memory without bound.
