Puts a file's contents into a buffer.

## Parameters

- `path` (`string`): The file to read.
- `name` (`string?`): The buffer name, or null for a new one.
- `cancellationToken` (`CancellationToken`): Cancels the tmux command.

## Returns

A task that completes once tmux has read it.

## Raises
