Reads the bindings as tmux rendered them.

Rendering with a format arrived in tmux 3.7.

## Parameters

- `keyTable` (`string?`): The table to read, or null for every table.
- `format` (`string?`): The tmux format each binding is rendered with.
- `cancellationToken` (`CancellationToken`): Cancels the tmux command.

## Returns

One line per binding.
