Types text into the pane.

## Parameters

- `text` (string): The text to type.
- `enter` (bool): Whether Enter follows the text.
- `cancellationToken` (CancellationToken): Cancels the tmux commands.

## Raises

- `LibTmuxException`: Text was sent, but Enter failed. Its dispatch state is unknown, so the
whole request must not be retried.
