Returns a paste request as one tmux command.

Pasting raw bytes arrived in tmux 3.7, so the pane decides whether the
built command carries that flag.

## Parameters

- `pane` (Pane): The pane being pasted into.

## Returns

The command, ready to add to a <see cref="TmuxChain" />.

## Raises

- `ArgumentNullException`: <paramref name="pane" /> is null.
