Reads one pane by identifier, throwing when it is absent.

A handle that has not found a live server yet discovers one first.

## Parameters

- `id` (PaneId): The pane identifier.
- `cancellationToken` (CancellationToken): Cancels the tmux command.

## Returns

A materialized pane carrying captured scalar state.

## Raises

- `TmuxObjectNotFoundException`: The pane does not exist.
- `LibTmuxException`: The lookup failed, including an absent daemon.
