Describes a pane split off the pane created before it.

Build one from <c>SplitSpec.empty</c> with a copy-and-update expression.

- `Direction` (property): Where the new pane goes, beside the pane before it; tmux puts it below when None.
- `Directory` (property): The pane's working directory.
- `empty` (constant): A split below the pane before it, running the default shell.

- `Size` (property): The pane's size, such as <c>SplitSize.Cells 20</c> or <c>SplitSize.Percent 30</c>; tmux splits in half when None.
