LoadBuffer reads a file into a named or newly allocated buffer. Path follows [Server.SourceFile]'s current-user expansion and lexical normalization. It mutates tmux's destination buffer. Exact "-" is rejected because it names tmux's stdin rather than a path; [Server.LoadBufferFrom] streams from an [io.Reader], and this method is the one that runs over a [Connection].
