ClientActive returns materialized "client-active" as [OptionValue] with value type OptionValue[SparseArray[string]] from global session-scope hook values; it does not query tmux. Available as COMMAND since tmux 3.3. Its present SparseArray value preserves assigned tmux indexes, including gaps.
