Swap two checked session/index links on the pinned daemon. Other links remain. Membership checks may race concurrent changes; they do not reserve either slot. `select=false` preserves selection where tmux permits. Return `ControlResult`.

## Parameters

- `second` (`LibTmux.WindowLinkRef`)
- `select` (`Bool`)
  Default: `false`.
