## Methods

Install a POSIX `libtmux-workspace` launcher bound to an already-resolved Julia project. Installation performs no package resolution. Existing files are preserved unless `force=true`; the caller chooses the installation directory. `julia_flags` permits explicit runtime choices such as minimal compilation.

install_cli(directory; project=Base.active_project(), julia=..., julia_flags=[], force=false)
```

## Parameters

- `directory` (`AbstractString`)
- `project`
  Default: `Base.active_project()`.
- `julia` (`AbstractString`)
  Default: `joinpath(Sys.BINDIR, Base.julia_exename())`.
- `julia_flags` (`AbstractVector{<:AbstractString}`)
  Default: `String[]`.
- `force` (`Bool`)
  Default: `false`.
