Dispatch is one tmux invocation and the operations it carries. A dispatch holding more than one operation is sent as a tmux command list.

## Members

- `Ops` (attribute) — Ops are the indices of the operations this dispatch carries, in order.
- `Reason` (attribute) — Reason says why the dispatch ends where it does. It is "chained" for a command list, "creates" for an operation whose new object's ID a later step needs, "captures" for one whose output the caller reads, and "alone" for a chainable operation with nothing beside it to chain to.
