Panes returns newly allocated shallow copies of panes for this exact winlink, and reports whether the receiver carries relations at all.

It never queries tmux. [Server.Snapshot], the resolvers, and
[Session.NewWindow] carry relations; a targeted lookup or refresh reports
false instead. Use [Window.SearchPanes] for current live panes.
