AlternateScreen returns materialized "alternate-screen" as [OptionValue] with value type OptionValue[bool] from window option values; it does not query tmux. Available as FLAG since tmux 3.2a; set it with [Window.SetAlternateScreen] or [GlobalWindowScope.SetAlternateScreen].
