The daemon reported a version that names no release, such as a bare `master`, an `openbsd-*` build or `3.3a-dev`.

Nothing was sent to the daemon. Such a report cannot be compared with
the supported floor, so it is refused as unrecognized rather than as
too old. The report is kept for the message only when it is at most 64
printable ASCII bytes; a longer or non-ASCII token is
[`Error::InvalidVersionOutput`].
