**Workspace Manager concept example** A working example of the core library. It can change without notice.

Save this as `workspace.yaml`:

```yaml
session_name: work
environment:
  PROJECT_MODE: development
windows:
  - window_name: editor
    window_index: 1
    layout: tiled
    panes:
      - shell_command: printf 'editor ready\n'
      - {}
```

Run [`libtmux-workspace validate workspace.yaml`](https://libtmux.org/en/ruby/v0.1.0.alpha.3/workspace/cli/validate/), inspect
[`libtmux-workspace plan`](https://libtmux.org/en/ruby/v0.1.0.alpha.3/workspace/cli/plan/)` `[`--json`](https://libtmux.org/en/ruby/v0.1.0.alpha.3/workspace/cli/#input-and-common-options-json)` workspace.yaml`, then pass an owned socket to
[`load`](https://libtmux.org/en/ruby/v0.1.0.alpha.3/workspace/cli/load/). Relative directories resolve against the configuration file.

The [source-owned workspace guide](https://libtmux.org/en/ruby/v0.1.0.alpha.3/workspace/source-guide/) links the installed-package
example that checks inert planning, apply, and guarded compensation.
