Set the scrollbars style. For how to specify `style`, see the [STYLES](https://libtmux.org/en/tmux/3.7c/manual/full/#STYLES) section. The foreground colour is used for the slider, the background for the rest of the scrollbar. The `width` attribute sets the width of the scrollbar and the `pad` attribute the padding between the scrollbar and the pane. Other attributes are ignored.
