Every flag is explicit rather than inferred, so the argv tmux receives is readable from the call site instead of assembled by hidden defaults.

Attach property Gets whether the new session is attached rather than detached.
ClientFlags property Gets the comma-separated client flags passed with -f.
Command property Gets the command the first pane runs.
DetachOthers property Gets whether other clients are detached on attach.
Environment property Gets the environment entries set on the session.
ExpectedGeneration property Gets the daemon generation required for creation, or null for endpoint-scoped creation.
Height property Gets the requested height.
Name property Gets the session name, or null to let tmux choose.
