select_layout

Applies a named tmux layout, a unique abbreviation or a checksummed saved layout. Names follow the running daemon’s version; mirrored main layouts require tmux 3.5. Malformed syntax is refused before window lookup; tmux validates geometry. Change tmux state; no client-supplied executable input.
