Parameters

refreshEvery ( Duration ) – how long a quiet mirror waits before rebuilding anyway; zero never does (for open(anchor, refreshEvery))

Raises

TargetGoneException – if the anchor session or its server has gone (for open(anchor))
IllegalArgumentException – if refreshEvery is negative (for open(anchor, refreshEvery))
