Build one from <c>SplitSpec.empty</c> with a copy-and-update expression.

- Command property The command the pane runs instead of the default shell.
- Direction property Where the new pane goes, beside the pane before it; tmux puts it below when None.
- Directory property The pane's working directory.
- empty constant A split below the pane before it, running the default shell.
- Environment property Variables added to the pane's environment.
- Size property The pane's size, such as <c>SplitSize.Cells 20</c> or <c>SplitSize.Percent 30</c>; tmux splits in half when None.
- ToString method Names the split by its command, without formatting through printf.
